My credit card information is not being accepted or saved when I try to register or upgrade my membership. What gives?
There are a couple of reasons you may have problems with your credit card:
- Incorrect or invalid account number or information
- Expired credit card
- You're over your limit
- We are having processing problems, please report to customer service
How do I reactivate my membership?
Once your membership has been inactive for longer than 60 days or your account is closed due to nonpayment, you may reactivate your account by going to the registration page and following the instructions. Depending on the length of time you've been away from LamLi.com, your profile information may still be stored on our server.
I'm having trouble logging onto LamLi.com. What could be causing this?
Check to make sure you are using the correct user ID and password. If you have forgotten your password,
click here.
LamLi.com sends a "cookie" (see privacy policy) to your PC when you log onto the site. All information collected by the cookie is encrypted and the cookie is active until you end your session. Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies then try logging on again.
Why should I have a photograph in my profile? How do I upload a photograph?
Studies show that profiles containing a clear photograph receive the most attention. Go to the "My Profile" page and click on the "My Photos" tab and follow the instructions. It's extremely easy to do and only takes a few minutes, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
What information about me would be displayed in my profile?
As much or as little as you choose. As you complete your profile you'll have the option to choose the "leave blank" box or circle, which, as you might have guessed, leaves that response blank. You should never include information in the free-form boxes that might disclose your address, phone number, etc.
What are the guidelines for posting a photo?
LamLi.com does not accept nude, sexual or otherwise potentially offensive photos for posting. We carefully screen all photos and reserve the right to crop or reject any photos at our discretion. Any copyrighted material (photos of celebrities for instance) will also be rejected. We suggest you use a clear, current photo of yourself that accurately depicts your appearance. For your primary photo, it's always a good idea to use one of yourself alone. Group photos are best used as secondary shots.
Once I submit a photograph, how long will it take for it to appear in my profile?
Our customer service department will post photographs that meet our guidelines within 24 to 48 hours of your submission.
I'm following all the guidelines and I'm still having trouble posting photos. Any suggestions?
If you have adhered to our photo policy as outlined above and are still experiencing problems, contact customer service.
Is there an age requirement to join?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to join LamLi.com.
How would I know if there is a response to my listing?
Responses are stored in your mailbox on our server. You can access your responses by logging in and selecting MyMailbox.
How do I respond to a listing?
Depending on your membership and interest levels, you may choose to pick up the phone and chat with the interested person, or simply send him or her a secure e-mail. Of course you are never obligated to respond to someone you're not interested in, although we encourage all LamLi.com member to treat each other politely.
Is my privacy secured?
Yes, refer to the privacy policy for details.
What kinds of relationships are allowed?
We leave that up to you. Generally our members are looking for prospective dates and activity partners. We only provide the vehicle for you to meet people. Where you take the relationship beyond LamLi.com is left entirely to your
discretion and we do not assume any liability beyond the functionality of our website.
Do you do background checks?
No, LamLi.com does not currently conduct background checks of our members.
Any advice on "safe dating" on the Internet?

How do I cancel my listing?
While we always hate to see members leave LamLi.com, if you'd like to cancel your membership, simply click on the "cancel membership" button on your "Update Registration page and follow the directions.
